Pilot Test

First GreenTRIP Pilot Test - September 2009

Developers invited to participate in the first pilot program met the Minimum Criteria for Participation, which includes:
  • Primarily multi-family housing, with some mixed-use. (Maximum single family homes: 20%)
  • Density is at least: 20 units/acre
  • Size is at least: 50 homes
  • Within urban growth boundary
