Happy June 1st! (oh crap oh crap oh crap!)

Alright!  I made it through the first day of the car-free challenge completely car-free!  yay!  I'm strongly considering dropping down my mileage.  I set my goal for 300, but I think maybe I can do even less.  It's really tough to judge though because I never know if I'm going to have an audition across town... but that's the CHALLENGE, right?

SO! today I bought a tire pump for my bike and had it generally checked out.  lookin' good!  I rode my bike to the cafe, grocery store and to return movies (my hunky boyfriend Josh joined in for the movie returning!)  I had rehearsal for my acting class, but my scene partner came to me and then we walked to a nearby thrift store to look for costume stuff.  I bought a really hideous pair or pink capri pants.  awesome.

Today has been a major success!  and since it is officially after midnight I am going to go get into my car!  I have to move it off the street for street cleaning!  Tomorrow promises to be more challenging because I have lots of plans!  yay car-free challenge!
