  • California Climate Policy and ClimatePlan
    AB 32, California's Global Warming Solutions Act, is creating an enormous opportunity to promote smart land use and more sustainable transportation.
  • Climate Impact Fee
    Transportation accounts for nearly 40% of California's GHG emissions. TransForm is working to enable the Bay Area and other California regions to raise fees on gas or vehicles in order to reduce emissions and improve our transportation system.
  • High-Speed Rail
    In November 2008, Californians voted to support Proposition 1A, a large down payment to make High Speed Rail a reality in California.  President Obama recently relesased his vision for world class rail in the United States.  TransForm supports California High-Speed Rail and will continue to bring together partners to make sure the project is designed well, and has the funding it needs.
  • State Transportation Funding
    Just as ridership was making record surges, the state gutted public transportation funding in the budget. We need long-term solutions to this crisis.
